First and foremost…Be Prepared!
Being prepared greatly improves your experience in the studio. Making sure that you have everything you need (lyrics sheet, extra copies of the script, and track sheets) all help in ensuring that the process is smooth and trouble-free. Are you going to record everything in one go, or are you going to do multiple takes? Are you bringing in musicians? If so, are they well-rehearsed? Are the guitars in tune? All of this is essential to know and prepare before walking into the studio.
Another thing that you have to keep in mind also is the fact that not all studios are created equal! This means that working with us will surely be a different experience than working with other studios, so we have to find the right working formula so that we keep the level of frustration (which will surely happen) at minimum levels.
