Online Shop
Our online shop offers professional audio equipment (“Products”) for purchase worldwide. All Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order or reject all or any part of an order without prior notice.
Payments
We accept TAP pay and PayPal to process all of our online payments. All transactions are conducted securely, and we make no guarantees regarding the availability or functionality of any particular payment method.
Shipping
We ship to various locations worldwide. Shipping fees, customs duties, and other related charges are the responsibility of the customer. The timeline for processing your shipment varies based on your order specifics, location, and payment method.
Delivery typically occurs within 1-3 business days, but this does not include Fridays, which are non-working days, or public holidays like Eid and Bahrain National Day. During these public holidays, as well as during special promotional events like Mega Sales or Anniversaries, delivery may take as long as 5-18 business days.
Please note that the delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. These will depend on the shipping carrier. An order tracking number will be provided with every order that ships out of our offices.
Returns and Refunds
General Guidelines
- Original Packaging: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt, and include all accessories and manuals.
- Technical Inspection: Products returned within 15 days as “Dead on Arrival” or “Not Functioning” are subject to a technical inspection by our technicians or the manufacturer’s technicians. After approval, the product may be exchanged or refunded.
Deductions on Open Box Returns
– Open box returns for microphones phones will incur a 30% restocking fee.
– Open box returns for all other items will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
– Digital Audio Workstation software, plugins, other computer software, and (re)writable multimedia products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Limitations
– Products damaged due to misuse, such as scratches, malfunctions due to incorrect voltage connection, or missing components (like catalogs, accessories, etc.), are not eligible for return or exchange. We reserve the right to make this determination.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Melo Studio Production W.L.L. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
